We integrate various automated assembly processes into our machines. Among them, the "crimping" which is the connection between several electronic components by crimping a metal strip at their respective ends. The difference with soldering or brazing is its resistance to vibrations and the possibility of assembling components of different materials.
Our automated machines allow the loading and unloading of the crimping process but also guarantee a quality control of the operation thanks to a COGNEX vision system.
