The HVP press-fit machine is ideal for manufacturers with high production volumes and demanding reliability requirements. This machine is equipped with interchangeable upper and lower tools, enabling high-speed press-fitting of connectors with several hundred straight or angled pins.

3D pressfit control

SEMO also offers a press-fit inspection machine using 3D vision. This machine checks for the presence of all pins, their protrusion and their position. Any missing or bent pins are identified so that the product can be dealt with appropriately. The SEMO machine offers the option of inspecting both sides of the PCB.
