For over 50 years, SEMO has been manufacturing machines and tools for precision assembly and processing. SEMO manufactures, assembles and adjusts sub-assemblies to tolerances of around one hundredth of a millimetre.

This expertise enables SEMO to design tailor-made solutions for high-precision, high-speed assembly. Its skills in mechanical dimensioning and continuous kinematics, using cams, enable it to produce high-performance equipment.

SEMO also has the skills and resources to engineer and manufacture tools for processing small parts: cutting, bending, folding. The solutions implemented include follow-up tools, cylindrical tools or specially developed tools.
Design and manufacturing carried out entirely in-house
Our company has made the bold decision to integrate all the skills and resources required to manufacture these tools and machines into its factory in Toulouse, France. SEMO therefore has the industrial resources for machining, turning, wire EDM, die-sinking EDM, flat and cylindrical grinding, enabling it to fully control the production and adjustment of mechanical sub-assemblies. This 100% in-house manufacturing process guarantees quality, control and responsiveness for our customers.
