SEMO and MECANUMERIC: a new alliance for the future
Sébastien NOBIRON and employees of MECANUMERIC, supported by Guillaume Thenon and Laurent Fraix, are taking over the activities of MECANUMERIC with a strong conviction: to preserve know-how, value people, and sustainably build the future.
A new structure, MECANUMERIC Industries, is being created to carry this project forward.
MECANUMERIC Industries and SEMO now share a common vision and strong values, enabling them to collaborate while preserving their own identity and expertise.
Much more than a simple partnership, this project aims to ensure the long-term sustainability of the business, maintain jobs in the Albi area, and highlight the teams’ know-how, the true pillars of MECANUMERIC.
“MECANUMERIC has a team and an industrial facility that provide it with unique expertise in Europe. Our project is fully aligned with a territorial reindustrialization strategy,” emphasizes Guillaume Thenon, who will take on the role of Chief Executive Officer.
